Puppies
**Due to high demand we are changing the way we accept and manage inquiries. **
Future breedings will be announced on this page as well as on our Facebook page and via an email update.
- 1st announcement will happen at time of breeding (including breeding pair and go home date)
- 2nd announcement will happen once we confirm pregnancy approximately 30 post breeding.
- 3rd announcement: If pregnancy is confirmed I will then open up the application window for 1 month. Interested families that inquire during this window will receive an application to fill in. Spots won't be filled at a first come first serve basis, nor do we accept pick of the litter inquiries, but rather all applications will be screened for the best match and interviews will then be conducted.
- 4th announcement: at two weeks post whelp I will reach out to the families accepted for a puppy at which point a deposit will be due. All others will be asked to please reapply in the future.
This process might still be slightly tweaked in the future, but this should give interested families enough time to submit an application and to prepare their home and life for a possible puppy addition. And it will hopefully also cut down on time spent managing waitlists and inquiries, so that it can be spent with what matters most - Our amazing dogs and the young pups we're raising who deserve and demand our full attention.
If you'd like to be on the email list for these announcements please subscribe to our 'newsletter' or drop us a message via our contact form.
For families already waitlisted I will send an email update shortly

We have hand-picked our Bernese from various European bloodlines to help keep the gene pool diverse. Our main focus here is on longevity (while of course also paying attention to breed standard and health clearances in the pedigrees). Our breeding dogs are extensively health tested (hips, elbows, DM, vWd, heart, eyes, histio) and have impeccable temperaments. We screen for histio sarcoma risk (one of the main health concerns in this breed) and factor results into our breeding decisions to breed for lower risk puppies. I believe strongly that this is an integral part of raising the longevity in the breed.
*Wherever available, the information of ages of death (AOD) of ancestors has been added in our dogs' pedigrees to give you an idea of the health and longevity in that particular line*
Our puppies come with limited AKC registration and a spay/neuter contract. They will be micro-chipped and have received their initial vet check-up and first round of immunizations. We offer a health guarantee on all of our puppies and we will be there for you with any questions and concerns to support you throughout their lives.

Our puppies are born and raised in our home with lots of attention, love and socialization. We rear them on special traction mats during their first few weeks of life to prevent excessive wear and tear to their joints due to slippery surfaces. We closely monitor and evaluate temperament to help find the perfect fit for every family.
